Well only gaining 4 pounds on a 21 day river trip that I had no control over the food is pretty darn good. I am pretty happy that my pants still fit and I did not gain over the top.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
