Wow It's only Tuesday and I am a bit worn. I have been having a few cravings recently. But I'm trying my best not to go down to Chipotle (Tex-Mex eatery) and get that 1200 calorie burrito in a bowl! (yummy). Anywho, I think it's the PMS. I must convince myself to stay strong through this 'time'. I'm also hoping to be under 190 next week but with the water weight and hormones, I don't know....we'll just see what happens.

you can have chipotle if you stay in s few guide lines. goto the chipotle website and customize your order to get an idea how many and what kind of calories your taking in and just modify your order before walking in the store, and cut the portion size in half. this can be done with most fast food if your on the run, but of course home prepared food is the way to go. all depends on your life style. deltoro803. personal trainer.

and if your losing more than 2 to 3 pounds per week most likely your loseing to fast and cravings will get worse and the weight will come back. pace yourself its your race only you can win.
