This was a strange weight week. I tend to weigh in only once or twice a week (Wed and Sun). I was 214 last Sunday. My Weds weigh in was 218 (+4 - did not record it). I checked my weight the rest of the week and it never got below 214 except for today. As near as I can tell, little changed as far as food or excretions over the course of the week. I have had bronchitis (with antibiotics), and only exercised once this week (Friday - I usually ride my bike as fast as I can for 30 min 3 times/week). I am surprised at the variance. I have not seen that much swing occur over the period of a week.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Factoring for BM's - I am guessing it is all water weight - no way body fat is going to change that fast. I'd sure like to understand the conditions that contribute to huge changes in water retention.
