Diet is 90%. My greatest success has been w/ whole foods calorie deficit macros and exercise- specifically weights! We talk so much food here. who else is changing their physique drastically by picking up heavy stuff? whats your favorite? I love crossfit!

I like lifting. I lift 2-3 days a week and try to increase the weights

Haven’t lifted in a few weeks but definitely agree! The combo of proper intake and increasing muscle mass is a double punch for a healthy body! Our bodies love to burn! 🔥 🔥🔥🔥 You’re looking great!

I am grounded right now. Hysterectomy no exercise for 3 weeks. my usual is treadmill,bike,and free weights with cables.

Yes, I love the heavy stuff. I'm just lifting weights. my husband is my trainer. He lost 100lbs and is a personal trainer now. But would one day maybe like to do a wellness competition. I need to get my diet dieted down and on point. This sweet tooth of mine is horrible. I had thought of doing crossfit but never tried it. keep up the awesome work!!

I can't say I lift heavy but I have been resistance training recently and I'm already happy with the definition in my arms and legs. Diet and exercise are equally important to me, and I love cardio/being active, as I believe (and there is good evidence) that it allows your body to make better use of energy (food). Looking good!

What an amazing change! Good going!!! My favorite is weightlifting. I love doing heavy weights, body pump classes, circuit training, and HIIT workouts.
