194 lbs. doing the usual bounce up and down .... I expect it. This is just how my body behaves so I am listening to accept it. Crazy bbusy yesterday. did not have s chance to update. I had steak for breakfast.... so good. my daughter wants to volunteer at a center for autistic kids and their family. There was a four hour information and training session so I killed Tim e at the library. I am so proud of her. She is a giver. I am so sleepy .... maybe a nap Will help.
