I met up with an old friend last night and drank way too much. I skipped my last meal in lieu of 2.5 cosmos. Not good. I also didn't work out. That's really upsetting because I wanted to start level 2 last night and instead I didn't work out at all. Then, this morning I didn't make enough time to prepare my meals for the day and I didn't bring enough food with me. I'll be starved by 3. Got to keep it together today.
