So I have been active and excited to seeing friends and family again since everyone is getting vaccinated. 2 of my kids graduated so lots to celebrate. Been eating and drinking BUT also trying to do the intermediate fasting I usually I wake up early around 5 or 6 am and have some coffee around 7am and no food until about 1pm and then eat about 1500 calories until about 7pm I eat veggies, fruits, proteins, small amount of carbs and sugar
The last couple of weeks I have been within a pound of my 140 weight
