求解,四分化训练,分别是小臂,肩(主要是后束),背,腿,该怎么做碳循环饮食呢?

弱弱插一句……大部分健身爱好者训练经验非太专业的情况下都没必要四分化,四分化反而会降低你大肌群的训练频率……反而使很多肌群发展落后

哈哈哈哈,我现在主要是改善体态,因为有点圆肩,然后背和腿我一般练完都要酸痛三天左右,所以这样安排感觉比较适合我

要酸痛三天那就是训练过量啦……练少点效果反而更好,每次正式组之后再加入一两个修正体态的动作就足够啦……
