Woke at 230.6, up 1.3 from yesterday. Starting my monthly fasting-mimicking diet today. And not a moment too soon. 1100 calories today and 800 a day until Friday. I have a slight challenge this week in that I have a happy hour on Thursday and dinner out with friends on Friday. But I will adhere to the FMD during the day. And try to limit to veggies in the evening. UPDATE: Not much progress on day one -- 230.5 by 4 pm.
