I'm not sure what to use for a weigh-in today, so I'm just going to skip it for now. The scale fluctuated from a high 207 on Friday to a low 203 this morning. The high was from sodium, and the low was from dehydration (after my run), so I'm going to wait a day or two before I post anything 'official'.
Random things I did this weekend:
Saw "I Love You, Man"... hilarious
Played the first half of Resident Evil 5
Screamed at my computer for not obeying my demands (while installing an external enclosure kit)
Ran 4 miles (not the longest distance I've ever ran, but the longest since I started running again)
Learned the hard way not to land on your knee when doing a backward roll
