It’s late. Much too late to eat. But I missed a couple of things today so it was a really light calorie day. But I haven’t been eating after seven pm. Good results so far, but I find when I don’t eat enough it actually slows down my progress. Oh and I’m hungry. Find something to occupy my hands and get a good night’s sleep.
