So, i had a "Spike Day" on Monday (February 14th), or at least that's what i'm calling it so i don't feel guilty about it!

I just couldn't stop eating (mostly healthy stuff, but still). I was freaked because that night when i went to bed the scale said 217!!! But then today i'm back down to where i was on Sunday, so it didn't ruin my work. It's good to know, that one day will not ruin everything. It also helps reaffirm for me that eating healthy actually makes me feel better than binging. So after my spike day, i was stoked to get back on track.

I hadn't wanted to ever have a spike day, because i thought i would lose track and start freaking out in the kitchen again, but actually it was really easy and felt great to get back to my new lifestyle (aka, eating healthy).

So i'm proud, i'm proud that the scale is back to normal and i'm still losing weight. I can do this and i can indulge too...in moderation of course!
