Mother's Day. I got to see my sister, both daughters, and my granddaughter today, thanks to my sister and also my friend Thomas who drove me when things were getting confusing.
I only made it to 45% of my RDI, but the percentages/ratios look good. And I feel especially good considering the emotional challenge Mother's Day can be. I both turned down pie and purchased good, healthy prepared snacks at the grocery store for a movie night.
Tomorrow is the first weekday in a month that I haven't had an appointment. It doesn't even seem real!! I think I am going to try to go to a water fitness class. Other than that I am planning to stay at home, doing cleaning and organizing things and doing a small amount of cooking.
