Woke at 228.6, up 1.9 from yesterday. Ate a big dinner and then had extra red wine while talking until 3 am with a friend who had just had successful brain tumor surgery. I logged that damned stuff, which always adds significant calories. Had a 200 calorie salad today and then a large dinner. Started moving water back out, so I weighed 228.5 at 4:30.
