So been on this diet now for nearly 3 weeks....still in the process of adding in "good foods" and omitting "bad foods".I think the results are speaking for themselves :).....my encouragement comes from the great people on FS....I am learning how to eat and I definitely move and exercise more...It is definitely a lifestyle change and I feel so much better for it....less aches and pains ,more energy ....wish I had started this so much earlier but I suppose I was not ready then ....Have a great Mothers Day to all those Mothers out there :) x
