Dr youtube elaine hanafi sist. Langsung aja ke bag. playlist resep masakan diet indonesia. Disitu ada resep kuah cukonya jg. Aku plek ngikut itu kecuali ikannya aku pake jenis tengiri. Kalo dia kan kakap/dori. Tapi ukuran dll aku persis. Berhasil enak kalo menurutku... 😊

Iya memang. Itu mayones krn saya bikin jd saus tteokpokki. Kalo resep aslinya kuah cukonya Elaine juga sesuai utk diet koq. Kalo saya memang skrg sudah di maintenance... Jd kadang2 surplus 😊
