I tried to eat something like a "regular sized" dinner which included buckwheat (100%) pasta (not buckwheat groats as I entered, but the calories match and I don't have the patience to do it right today.) The portion sizes were alright, but not good for me.

I always feel full, when I eat I just feel more full, but tonight's dinner is making me feel gross. I'll need to think about it. Diet-wise, I don't feel bad, and in fact it was all an attempt to increase calories and maybe even get the right ratio of carbs/fat/protein. But it's not worth it if I'm just going to feel yucky afterwards.
