The last couple of days have been "good days" so I have been able to walk a little bit. I have an autoinflammatory disease called sarcoidosis and severe arthritis in my back so I have days that it hurts to move. I'm also recovering from a fall that resulted in a fractured coccyx. I feel proud of myself that I've lost 2 lbs this week though.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh my gosh. I'm glad you're better. I fell years ago going down the icy steps outside my house and hit that coccyx bone. I think it hurt for a good year.

I understand what you are saying arthritis has taken a lot from me hips Shoulder and wrist I hope it will get a little better my wrist is still hurting from snapping beans
