I keep doubting that I will continue to lose weight at the same pace. I’m anticipating a plateau and disappointment. I need to have more confidence and faith that how I have been nourishing my body for the past four months is compatible and working for my body. I will continue to indulge in yummy sweet foods within moderation and remind myself not to feel guilty. My body needs all foods. ❤️
