@abidashoukat9666 @javeria7 Im doing keto. Meaning I only eat 1 chicken breast, 1 egg, 1 tbps of whey protein, 1 tbps chia seeds, 2 tbps oil daily. Thats it for food. Then i take a lot of supplements some doc prescripted and some added myself to compensate for my lack of nutrition.
