Went over my cals a little yesterday, but I enjoyed my dinner. I would've been fine if I hadnt had that KitKat but I enjoyed that too!
My workout last night was rough. I havent been to a Tuesday night endurance for a very long time so I knew it was gonna suck, but we ran a lap in between each 30 rep movement (pushup, mountain climbers, bicep curl, ...etc) and I am not a runner. I actually dont mind it, and Id like to get better...but maybe starting off with shorter runs haha. I must over/under pronate because my ankles are killing me and I know I didnt tweak it.
