I couldn’t fall asleep until sometime after 2am 🥱
I tried reading, Advil PM, melatonin & counting. I lost track of counting several times 😆, so I started recounting from where I thought I left off.
I woke up around 6:30am, ugh! Not enough sleep 😴 I decided to skip my morning treadmill routine, I was way too tired.
CI, so far: coffee with cream & sugar. 1cup of black & garbanzo bean salad (Balale). Probably chicken thigh for dinner & veggie.
I didn’t really want to get on the treadmill in the afternoon, but made myself do it. To stay on track I’ll need to go on the treadmill again in a couple of hours 😢
