hey guys. My average calorie intake is around 1300. And i burn 300-400 calories per day by exercising. So is it enough to lose weight?

@yash kansal410 I drink lemon water in the morning after doing yoga. And I wrote my calorie intake 1300 but actually i eat around 1000 calories. And dinner me ek hi roti khati hu sabji ke sath to kya iye enough hai?

Yes yash was right I'll also try to burn more calorie I suggest do skipping

Try to eat salad in dinner take and 9 baje kha liya kro Roti rice jo bhi ho khao lunch ke baad maat khaya kro it takes too much time to digest purchase any smartband aur fitness tracker then you track how much calories you burn in a day

Plus start the cardio and weight training it helps you alot Yoga is good but cardio and weight training is more effective

@yash kansal410 I do exercise like skipping, jumping jacks, leg workout, abs and walk for 30 minutes sometimes.

@subhasmita93 That's great. Actually my weight was 88 and i lost 7 kgs in like 1.5-2 months. I hope i reach my goal soon. And which exercises you did can you tell me?😀

I mean if you take 500 calories then you do 40 min skipping and burn 500 calories

If thats really the case then its a bit more than needed. Dont you feel weakness?

That depends on you. Overall either by both or by either one you just have to create a calorie deficit i.e., either by reducing consumption of calories or by burning them with workour or both. Its your choice. Personally, i rely more on reducing consumption it is really really difficult to burn 300-400 calories while it is very easy to just reduce some consumption to create a 500-700 calorie defecit.

@nikhily actually i have written i take 1300 calories per day but i am consuming like 750-900 per day and burn 500 calories or more. I just can't edit the comment 😕

Yr that is too low. Do take care of yourself and your health. Maybe take some vitamins supplement if you are going to continue with this.
