I switched my meal plan from about 375g carbs/200g protein a day to about the opposite. i was getting very bloated by the end of the day. so I decided to switch things up. still taking in about 3000-3200cals a day. in two days I've lost about 4lbs of water weight. my abs are more diced and I'm crazy vascular but I don't have my thick muscle juiciness as I did (which I was starting to like) crazy how small changes in food make differences so fast.
