@Akiraichan, I put 1 cup of quinoa into my instant pot with 6 cups of liquid. I use broth or dashi, but water works as well. I also add sesame oil, soy sauce, a tiny bit of rice vinegar, ginger, and gojuchang. Then I put it on “porridge” setting for 60 minutes. After it’s done, I usually add a bit of miso.
