Today is off to a positive start! I have a luncheon meeting so I'm not in uniform today. Dress pants that I wore a few weeks ago, with control top hose...so I could fasten them, are actually baggy! :) I'm so thrilled!
I did some yoga stretches last night in hopes of working out some of the soreness. Feeling a bit better today.
Hopefully there will be enough choices at today's luncheon that I can stick to the plan 100%.
We'll see how today goes!
