Had a good eating day today. Plenty of good food plus guilty pleasures like maple granola with breakfast, a delicous kale and berry smoothie, and some raw almonds. Granola and fruit put me high on carbs, but lower fat and protein kept me within the calorie targets. Tomorrow is a non-workout day so will eat lighter to maintain the same calorie deficit.
