It's all progress. There have certainly been times where i've felt like quitting. Times that i just want to indulge and go crazy. I know that i'll feel like crap afterwards and i'll look back a month from now and wonder why i gave up. That's why i'm NOT going to give up. I'm in this for the long haul. I want to see those crazy results. I want to be 6 months into this and be proud of myself, not think of the wasted time.
I CAN do this. Tons of people have, they just make a commitment and stick with it. Why shouldn't i be one of those people? Why shouldn't i be happy? Why should i have to keep hiding behind this fat?
Slow and steady WILL win this race...
