I pushed through last night and I'm so glad I did. The dvd was a tiny bit easier today. I can do like 7 girl push-ups without stopping. Sounds wimpy, but it's 7 more than I could do 4 days ago. I'm eating good foods, but not enough calories. I'm trying to have more protein than carbs in a day so I find myself not eating enough. Probably not the best thing, but I'm sticking with it as long as I can!
