New challenge starts today!
I was kind of already in the mindset this weekend, but still "let" myself eat crappy things since I "wont be allowed" to for awhile. All total BS. I can eat whatever I want as long as I am paying attention to portions. Plus, I didnt even really want some of the stuff I ate, but I ate it anyway. That just tells me that I still have a lot of work to do on my little inner voice, and that Im ready to get back on this train, boat, wagon, - whatever it is thats getting me to my goal.
I did a bunch of yard work yesterday and was BEAT. Plus the pollen count was super high so I looked like a very itchy tomato most of the day. Speaking of tomatoes, today Im taking my leftover tomato starts to our local Art Center because they have a community garden. I still have 4 plants to get in the ground at home but I separated those out.
