Feeling quite strong today! Did 5K on the elliptical, a 30 minute HITT circuit, and finished off my workout with jogging. 💪 Officially, I’m down 55 lbs and 4 pant sizes today. It’s all about balance though - I have some GF cinnamon rolls at home. 😋

Oh my gosh thanks! I’ve been working on my arms! I was comparing to pictures from February and I’m definitely starting to see more definition. Work in progress!
