Ran 3 miles this morning. Training for my first 5K! I'm registered for the Shamrock 'N Roll Road Race on March 13. So excited, but nervous at the same time...yikes!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
