I had a longer post from yesterday, but it got deleted before I was able to hit submit. Here are numbers from when I started this journey around a month ago. The majority of the weight that's come off (10.1lbs) was from my chest and mid section. That's to be expected due to it accumulating there last, so it's the first off. My clothes fit better and I can see the results on the scale, from a tape measure and especially in the mirror.

Bust: 39 in to 37 in
Hips: 41 in to 40.5 in
Belly: 36 in to 34 in
Waist: 32 in to 30.5 in
Thighs: 25 in to 24 in
Calves: 14.5 in to 14.25

Month 2, here I come!
