selama ramadhan kmaren,kayaknya cuma 10harian hitung kalori..pas mau lebaran sampe h+4 malah surplus besar2an..naik 1.5kg an, tp alhamdulillah back on track lagi 4hari udh kembali ke bb pas defisit..senengnya bb ga yoyo kayak dulu..
