Starting to make some real progress now!
I'm just under halfway to my goal of 95 lbs.
I had a couple weeks where I let "cheat days", or what I call "exceptions", get the better of me and stopped losing weight. I re-evaluated and got back on the wagon, made zero exceptions for the last two weeks and lost 5 lbs.
This week also marked two major milestones. First, I was able to end the last remaining medication I was taking - a daily steroid inhaler. Next, I comfortably fit back into a 1XL t-shirt and shorts. I'm swimming in my old 3XL t-shirts now!
124.1 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
