Today is Day 2 of Week 1 for recommitting to eating healthier and increasing exercise. For the past year, I’ve been doing this only halfway and unfortunately it’s showing in my health.
Tuesday’s lab results came yesterday with my Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL and LDL levels are higher than they were in February; and they were already pretty high then. My doctor wants to put me on medicine for High Cholesterol.
I’m giving myself 6 weeks of 100% commitment to changing my eating habits, and increasing my exercise.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
