Omg Liela. Hi! ♡ ❤ hope you are well. I am doing much better now and I hope you are too. I stalked your profile this morning to check up on you, so inspired by you!! I am taking things slow, but would love to see the 60s again.. at the moment, feeling like a beached whale, so can't wait to feel like a slender giraffe again 😂😂😂😂 might take a while, I've developed a taste for woolies cakes over my time away. Good luck on your journey xx

Hi Thilesha. Glad to hear that you're okay. Taking things slow is the best way to go about it, it's all about taking baby steps😘. And i'm doing very well, thank you😊. Auw, thank you for the sweet text😊💌. And I can assure you that you look nothing like a beach whale! You are beautiful from within, inside and out❤. But once you're completely back in it again, you'll soon feel like the slender giraffe hehe. And I can't blame you with the woolies cakes🙊They are yummee. I love the hidden caramel centre chocolate cupcakes with the chocolate mousse😍 🙊. We all have that little guilty pleasure. We can spoil ourselves, but not too often though and just also stay within our rdi ; then we'll be fine😉. Thank you, wishing you best of luck too Xxx
