Had a big cheat day yesterday and I paid the price! I went to a craft fair all morning with friends and then we went to a fancy restaurant for a ladies-who-lunch shindig. It's the best restaurant in town, the food is supberb and I way overdid it. Not so much in cals but in carbs. Whoah, following a chocolate pastry with an entire creme brulee is not a good idea!

I was on a sugar high so a friend and I went to the mall for pretzel day. (Because what else do you do after a fancy lunch. lol. So between the choco pastry, creme brulee, a couple crostinis with jam, and pretzel bites I crashed. Was feeling fine at 1, grumpy and felt crappy at 2, and then took a 3 hour nap starting at 3! That's a loooong nap for me. Ugh. Sugar AND flour. Today I'll probably have tummy troubles.

This morning I psyched myself out of eating potatoes. Made some (then threw the rest of the bag away) and then semi-purposefully burnt them. Trying to eat lots of fat today. We'll see if I can make the choco in my coffee last till after lunch for my sweet.
