Woke at 229.9, down 1.2 from yesterday. Started the day with 100 squats and 50 pushups. Targeting 800 calories today on the fasting-mimicking diet. I need to stop calling it FMD because the first two google entries for that are fibromuscular dysplasia and foot in mouth disease! UPDATE: Got to 229.4 by noon. Breaking the fast with another large salad. UPDATE 2: Weight continued to drop throughout the day with some good water movement. First 228.4 and finally, 227.1 by 7 pm. Did not eat dinner but now it's 10:40 so I will finish the day under 400 calories.
