Started at 258 and today 234.4. I lost 23.6 lbs in 6 weeks. I weighed 128 until my first pregnancy . I been as high as 310 lbs at 9 months pregnant. I am getting older and for Arthritis reasons of my knees my goal is to get down to 160lbs. The 23 pounds made a big difference in decreasing my pain and that is my motivation. I am utilizing Ideal Shape Shakes that mixed with water is 100 calories and a good source of protein. I add non fat plain yogurt and non fat milk with ice cubes to make it a thick malted. It tastes delicious. I use the vanilla. It has a natural appetite suppressant in the shake. I am eating 1000 calories per day. The total carbs are less than the protein and fat combined. First time in a long time I am actually loosing the weight.
106.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
