Well...I kind of messed up today. Had a salad that had some fruit on it. Not much though...so I hope it didn't make that big a difference.

Already I'm pleased with my results. I had been working so hard since January 1st and wasn't seeing any results on the scale or the tape measure...then I tried this diet...and WHAM! Was immediately rewarded. I don't expect it to continue at this speed...but I sure did need something to boost my motivation!

The weekend will be the test. I always find the weekends tougher than the weekdays. That plus it will be cold and rainy all weekend...so I'll be shut up inside without distraction! Sounds like a good time for a new project! :) Won't my husband be delighted? :)

I wouldn't worry about a few pieces of fruit. I'm sure you'll be fine.

That's good to know...thanks for the support! I'm new to South Beach...and haven't yet worked out all the details.
