It happens. I blamed the Easter bunny for leaving all the jelly beans and peeps around the house. You'll do better next week!

Thanks PopcornGirl, I will. I blame it on the 7 day long debauchery an old highschool chum and I indulged in last week. A real doozy! The two pounds up doesn't even cover it though, because I was at 191 the day before the festivities began.
Thanks again for the support--onward and downward!

Hey bretthibault...weight gain isn't always weight gain...everyone's body floats pounds up n down within 5 pounds...set point idling....so don't focus so much on the undiet things you ate or done...try consuming only non processed foods and as organic as you can get...hope your chickens fit the bill...and you will find that no diet is really necessary...just don't over consume breads n such n don't buy commercially made...all the hidden chemical tricks are not only addictive but poison to our bodies. So cheer up...we live one day at a time..so that's all we can eat n exercize in too. Thanks for friending me.
