(第一餐):
水煮蛋2隻
香蕉1條
黑咖啡
(第二餐):
雞胸肉+雜蔬菜沙拉
拿鐵咖啡
(第三餐):
炒菜
燒味雙併(叉燒肉/白切雞/燒鴨/燒肉)
餐後零食:自制冰條(柚子蜜+水)
*最後一餐在20:00前吃完*
