Wow, gained a bunch during this pandemic, but I’m back on my low carb, low fat diet. I need to start exercising to build back the muscle! Appreciate everyone’s support!
92.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
