I drank so much water in the last two hours I gained FIVE pounds! OMG. I'm gonna cut back, I want my morning weigh in to not have water weight in it....

I had diet pop and 1 liter of water and about (2) 12 ounce glass of water. That's it. And I weighed myself and it said I gained 5 lbs..LOL.. I then processed to relieve myself. TMI
