Woke up this morning with a brutal headache and felt nauseous off and on. I was planning to forgo the gym tonight anyway and this basically solidified that idea. I think my body needs a bit of a break.

Panago for lunch. How could I resist free pizza? I had a pretty light breakfast though, so I can still have a reasonable dinner and keep it around 1500 calories (but who's counting, right?)

School is stressing me out pretty major. As we speak, I'm in the computer lab solo working on an assignment that is due tomorrow. I've also missed all of my readings for this week, including the ones that are up for mandatory discussion. Oh life.

It's going to be a challenge maintaining health and fitness during these last few weeks of university. A lot of things are due and my job has ultimately eliminated my ability to work on any assignments in advance.

Here's to balancing health with my GPA...!

Well, I read somewhere you HAVE to take breaks from studying otherwise you won't retain what you are trying to learn. During those breaks, use the time to make some grab n go items. Chop up some apples and put them in baggies. Throw some veggies and pasta into a slow cooker for a few hours, then package it in individual servings for quick microwave lunches/dinners. I found a recipe on parents.com for a slow cooker lasagna that could be easily modified to fit a vegetarian diet. It makes a ton so you can just package up little containers of it and put half of them in the fridge and half of them in the freezer for later. Then while you are studying and hunger strikes, it is just a quick 2 - 3 minutes and you have a healthy, satisfying meal.
