I don't know if I should be excited or offended. My husband got me a new scale. It measures body fat as well as weight. Of course using it the first time was an eye opener to say the least. Will have to see if this makes a difference.

112.0 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg. Still to go: 18.6 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Those multi-faceted scales certainly keep a person honest. I have one and standing on it really brings it home.

Might have to shop around. Hubs always wants to get the best deal. But, having this thing tell me water weight would be great. Maybe inspiration to consume more water if retaining!

I see that Shopko has a website that has the scale that I got. It is still on sale even online. Online price is slightly higher than I paid. Go to shopko.com go to home, bathroom and bathroom scales. I got the glass bodyfat scale.

I have a scale that measures body fat percentage. apparently I am approximately half fat. It's a motivator if nothing else.
