Well, Sunday went as about as bad as I could expect from a healthy eating perspective. Ate and drank WAAAAAAAAY too much. Will weigh in tomorrow, but I'm sure its not good at all. I Probably gained 5 pounds from all the junk I consumed. Though, even in my hungover state yesterday I did make it to the gym for my workout.
This really opens my eyes about drinking. The benefits really don't outweight the costs. I do enjoy a GOOD beer every now and then, but I don't need to drink in excess. Still every once and a while I feel we need to let ourselves go and enjoy things or we will go insane.
Back to weighing myself once a week again starting tomorrow. Going to NYC for the weekend for a sporting event and to hang out with some friends I haven't seen in a while and will probably have a few beers and a cheesesteak. Going to try to take everything in moderation though.
