Great job on the good choices. We're eating out tonight and at parents tomorrow so my goal for over easter is just to maintain and i've set myself a 2000 calorie daily intake. You must also enjoy life and special occasions. What are your parents like with healthy eating? Mine are great but ALWAYS think I'm too skinny and love to see me eat lol;-)

It's definitely complicated to eat with people who are not on a diet! But don't worry about one or two food items "sneaking in" exceptionally ;)

I know Easter will be a tough weekend, but I definitely haven't been killing myself over it. I think giving myself these breaks will make it easier when I'm being more strict. And my parents are super conservative - you need meat, dairy, potatoes, heavy foods all the time. Mom's Italian so lots of large portions and she has an epic sweet tooth. They're trying to be understanding but I don't think they'll ever been completely understanding. This visit was pretty good though, I think they're trying to see where I'm coming from. Hope you both have a very happy holiday!

Thanks Deb! ;) Yeah, as long as it's something you don't usually do, you should be safe. It reminds me of my, almost monthly, meat mix heheh when I go out to eat. :)

Just be careful about foods you know you really have to keep a distance from "addiction-wise" Those would be sweets in my case heheh.
