Yesterday was the superbowl.....I ate alot at our party. I felt bad at the time, and made myself log everything that I ate. I actually did alot better than I thought, calorie-wise. But, I still feel guilty for eating that much. The thing is, if I DON'T log and count everything that I eat, I go crazy. So, today I made sure to move around alot and eat reasonably. So, guilt be gone because I don't want anything to do with you!
